Assignment due July 10

Develop a four-page (maximum, double spaced) document describing the institutional capability and staffing pattern for the project. Include the following specific components.

(1) Describe the goals and mission of the CBO and explain how they complement those of the donor.

(2) Describe the experience, expertise, and prior track record of the CBO. Justify the CBO's ability to complete this project in a timely, effective manner.

(3) Identify the key partners in the project. Describe the expertise and experience of each. Explain how the partners complement each other in terms of the capabilities they bring to the project.

(4) Provide one graphic that clearly shows the key elements of your management plan.

(5) Name and provide a brief description of the relevant expertise and experience of the key members of the project implementation and evaluation team. Explain the role and responsibilities of each key member.
