Assignment

Plan of work and time line. Develop a six-page (maximum, double-spaced) plan of work. (1) Clearly describe the approach or model that you will use to implement the project. This should be the major portion of the plan of work -- an approach, a strategy, that will help ensure project success. (2) Make sure that your description of approach/strategy includes a discussion of other approaches or strategies that have been used and explains why your approach or strategy is superior.(3) Describe the major project activities and deliverables. Explain how they contribute to meeting project goals and objectives. (4) Include a time line similar to the one that I presented in class. I want the level of detail that was included in the class example, including the individuals responsible for each item in the time line.
